Austin came out to inspect my roof and I swear he took this more seriously than most people take their own lives. Showed up on time, climbed all over my house like a mountain goat, and then pulled out a drone like we were about to film a National Geographic special The drone pics were insanely detailed. I now know WAY too much about my roof. Like… emotionally attached at this point. Super professional, explained everything in normal human language, and didn’t try to upsell me stuff I clearly didn’t need - which in roofing is basically a miracle Also important: he loved my dog.
